Claims

1 - Safety device for hot and sharp tools ,form(1 ) it is including on :

The Digital Scales (1/1 ) it is a small machine which programmed as standards of the regular protractor , it is showing the required angles of cutting up to 360 °,

The Digital Wheel (2/1 ) it depends on its work on the inner mechanic counter (13/9) whereas the work starts from the rotation of the outer wheel (2/1 ) it is transferring the movement by the hub ( 32/9)

to the rest of the inner gears (21/9)

Then it helps the numbered ring (31/9) for moving , The number is shown by the help of the electric wires (30/1 )

and the calculated distance number will be shown on the digital screen (11/3) by the small solenoid (33/9) which calculates the electrical pulses , so the mechanical counter will transformer into the electromechanical counter (25/8) ,

The Inner Manual Scissors (23/7) This scissors comes with the main joint (14/4) in both types: The Digital Cutting Device (1 ) and The House Of Manual Cutting (12/4) , whereas these both considered the basic of safety and prevention of risk could happened from using the hot or sharp tools , The scissors is about a top blade (3/1 ) and a bottom blade (4/1 ) which connected to an empty rings (15/7) whereas it jointed the scissors (23/7) with the upper structure of the device (7/1 ) and the lower structure of the device (8/1 ) which contains on an empty rings (24/4) ,

These four rings overlap with the main joint (14/4) which contains on the main spring (22/4) which its turn is tightening the structure of the home of cutting and the inner scissors (23/7) through inside synchronize with the opening movement of the cutting device (2) to the right .

And when the closing of the cutting device (1 ) the installation head (26/4) is inserted automatically into its slot (27/4) so it firms the device in the closing off situation for executing the cut by pressing on the cutting button (5/1 ) which it will be freezing as long as the cutting device was opening . The Digital Screen (1 1/3) whereas shows the degrees of The Digital Scales (1/1 ) and the amount of the calculating length by The Digital Wheel (2/1 ) then the cutting device (1 ) should placed in the place where need to cutting , then the cutting button (5/1 ) pressed for executing the cutting without any effort and end the process in two seconds .

1. The super-security element inside this device is The "Main Joint" had been previously invented in The invention : Hair Cutting Device and Technique And Electronic Device For Hair Cutting , it contains on the installation head which responsible on reserve hot and sharp tools inside the device structure at the time of opening .

It worked manually then it became automatically and I developed it fir my device and I added electrical wires and electronic joints and electronic hands to work automatically .

2. The current tool is the normal scissors that are dangerous for children uses and Visually impaired and also it hurts finger hand in the opening and closing of the clipper blade when using too much , while the current invention depends on inserting any material (paper, cloth and even thin wood etc.) inside the structure of tool then we pressed on the external button for executing cutting in one second.

3. Digital Protractor :

The first two-sided protractor was invented by Jake Adams,

Musselburgh Grammar School math teacher in 2009. He named it “The Angler”. Some of the more advanced versions of the

protractors can have one or two moving arms which are helping to measure the angle such as bevel protractor. 4. Mechanical counter:

Now Veeder-Root company is considered the largest

Manufacturers of mechanical counter , and with our invention we added it here instead of the ruler to calculate the required length of the cutting to shorten the spaces and all the important tools :

( scales to calculate the angles + ruler to count length + cutting tools) inside a small piece give an accurate result , and the

mechanical counter is called the digital wheel where as the result is shown up at the digital screen that connected to it, also the mechanical counters could be manufacture to be

electromechanical counters , which calculate electrical pulses, by adding a small solenoid .

Summary of Invention

Enabling all users "man, woman and child" to cut and chop all different materials safely and accurately as the required sizes .

Advantages:

1. This device considered as a persistent need in every house, company, factory and even schools and nurseries children.

2.The superior safety element which is the "main joint," contains on the installation head which responsible on reserved the hot and sharp tools inside the device structure at the opening time .

this scissors and the main joint are coming in both types ( the digital device for cutting + the home of manual cutting ) whereas they are the basic of safety guarantee and preventing hazards from using hot or sharp tools.

3 - this device is advantage by lightness and small size and it designed of soft and comfortable shape , which facilitates the cutting process.

4.The effectiveness of this device in giving the results accurately at a record time.

5. This device is Multi-using (inclusive for cutting everything:

paper, fabrics, hair, medical attachments, wires, etc.).

6. It is a small laboratory susceptive for developing into several forms whereas adding to other tools that I mentioned, such as (tubes or containers for the medicines distribution at it specific places on the human head or human body), so that invention considered as the beginning of many devices which run as the same technique of my device .

7. The difference that will be caused by this device that easy to cut any different materials every time and without charge, and The digital scales will facilitate cutting as required by following the correct angles at every time and will obviate on the lighten scales that was existed at the previous robot for cutting hair , but this small device will be carried by the travelers for getting any cutting style that suits them, and we will obviate on the ruler and we putting on the digital wheel instead of ruler, that it is counting the different lengths simultaneous with moving the device movement .

8 - This device enabling us to merge two main houses and

becoming one house with sides rooms and each room contains on specific tools that responsible on executing specific procedure to provide multiple services in one time, whereas adding for each room the cutting tools and or medical tools or any tools depending on the field that will served by the device. And the structure of this device will be cubic but it could comes in many shapes to suit the order of user's fingers in a comfortable way no matter how long it is used.

9 - This device will be used by all community class even the hair experts could used it , that because the Proffesional in hair cutting depend on several things like the way of holding hair through hand fingers , and with this device we obviates on expert hand and used the home of cutting including the digital scales and the digital wheels to give an accurate result and equal all hair parts at once .

10- The invention depending on the manufacture of a new

technology device, it executed dozens of steps by press on one button , in the most difficult field to define its foundation which is the field of hair, which is free and affected by air and water, can not be limited unless by specific standards and multiple techniques in a single device, as in the case with the current invention, it

depending on the mechanical field and the electronic field where the modern technology can be introduced which is the touch of buttons. It works with electric energy by connecting the wires from the source of electricity or using the charged battery powered for self-operated and with the touch of one button.

Detailed Description It is a safe cutting device which combine several tools inside one i 6 o piece and comes in two types : digital and manual .

How to use The digital device for hair cutting :

The device is opened and apart of hair is inserted starts from the roots and the device is closed. The device is raised to the required angle for the instructions of the desired haircutting . The angle i 65 degree appears on the digital screen , then we pull the device to the required length _While the device is pulled, the digital wheel will count _ and the length will appear on the digital screen, and then we will press on the cutting button to release the part of hair in a process that does not exceed more than two seconds , then we will i 7 o take the other part from hair and so on, and this device is operating by a battery or electric charger.

How to use a digital device to cut any material (paper, cloth or anything):

The device opens and inserts paper (for example) and then we i 75 closes the device , and the device is raised to the required angle to get a certain graphic, The angle degree appears on the digital screen , And then we pulled the device to the desired length _ while the device is pulled the digital wheel count _ and the length will appear on the digital screen, and we will press on the cutting

iso button to finishing the cut without any effort and in a process does not exceed more than two seconds and this device is operating by a battery or electric charger .

How to use the home of manual cutting :

The home of cutting is opened, then the paper is inserted (for i8 5 example) and the home of cutting closed, and the home of cutting is placed at the desired place and then we will press on the cutting button to finish the cutting process within two seconds .

1 - The digital scales :

It is a small device programmed as the standards of the normal i9o protractor, giving us all angles degree up to 360 degrees, and start at zero degree when the base of the protractor flat horizontally, and after opening the home of cutting which connected to this digital scales , and inserting a part of hair inside it _ or paper or cloth or any other material_ The power button is pressed and the device is 195 rotated slowly to reach zero angle to show the client the required level to starts from and take the measurement of the actual angle , and this is the target from the lighted scales in the previous version of the electronic device for hair cutting whereas it gives us the straight level and the correct angles to cut the hair parts to get a 2oo perfect hair cut and equal lengths to all sides of hair .

So we rotate the device which is : ( The home of cutting that connected to the digital protractor ) rotate it to the required angle degree "45 °" for example, to the top for exterior hair cutting , or the other side "45 °" to the bottom for interior hair cutting , then the 205 angle degree appears on the digital screen and then we pull the device toward the end of the hair or even to the desired length of cutting and we pressed on the cutting button _ noticed the

importance of focusing the hand on the same diagonal degree of angle of the cut , and we can easily monitor that through looking at 2io the digital screen while we perform the cutting process for matched measurements to all parts of hair, or even the paper cutting or any other materials The digital protractor considered as ideal for measuring anything in which we need to match the diagonal angles (such as exterior hair cutting and interior hair cutting )

The protractor is always ready to show the diagonal degree of angle at the required level to measured , and one of its advantages of many of the important processes for _all areas of beauty for hair or engineering things on the paper or detail on the canvas Js that it can set an alternative reference point, whereas set a specific diagonal angle and pressing on the waiting button allows you to :

1-set any angle as a reference point for all subsequent steps .

2-take the matches measurements so you could measure all other angles of that standard as what we need when matching the angles of the green area at the head ( the crown ) at the hair cutting style :

“ French Carre“

And after finishing the crown area, we press again on the waiting button to open the protractor measurement for the other required angles and so on. Figure (1)

2 - digital wheel:

It depends in the work on the mechanical parts and it gives the result by the help of electrical parts to show the result on the digital screen.

It considered as a mechanical counter whereas it calculate by " one circular motion on the side wheel " the distance of what the wheel moving by the centimeter measurements , and the number shows up until 999 whereas each unit of numbers has a loop shown that amount, and this mechanical counter is an old screen for count the distances, that the mechanical counters in-fact are a digital counters which built by using a mechanical components long time ago before the spread of electronics .

Mechanical devices have been used previously to calculate distances , It usually contains on a series of loops and each loop is numbered on its edges from zero to nine, and the numbered loops are connected on the hub , and by moving the wheel to complete a full cycle ,the first loop moves one degree to give us number 1 , and so on the number increases whenever the wheel moves full cycle, and each loop _ except that exist in the far left _ has a prominent head and its role help the next loop to move and rotate and complete the count of the adjacent element , and after the loop finishing from rotate nine times , when it’s time to number ten and at the tenth turn , the number zero will be at the second loop , and the first loop will stopped "whereas the count ends” and the second loop will be moved to the count increase“one 1” ,so the complete number becomes 10, and this all will done by the prominent head at the first loop , and this process repeating on the third loop . And with our invention, we will add a small coil as usual to

calculate electrical pulses, so the mechanical counters are turned into electromechanical counters. Figure (8).

The calculated distance number appears on the digital screen with the help of mechanical wheel movement. Figure (3).

3 - The manual scissors blades : This scissors comes with the main joint in both types (the digital cutting device + the home of manual cutting) whereas they are the basic for safety assurance and prevention of damages that could happened from using hot or sharp tools.

This inner scissors is look a bit like a well-known scissors, but it's just two sharp blades without hands .

The two blades are in a parallel position, so they are at the top and bottom inside the home of cutting .

The upper blade will be pushed strongly on the other bottom blade after pressing on cutting button for cutting hair . Figure (5).

But the bottom blade will be flexible but without going out the whole its body of the structure , only its sharp edge will appears simply to outside of the structure of the home of cutting . Figure (6).

And The scissors will enter inside the structure as soon as the house is opened , because the upper and lower blades of scissors are connected to the main joint, and with a main spring connected to those blades , so this spring pulls each blade into the inside in the same time with the opening movement of the home of cutting toward the right .

But when closing the home of cutting it will stay at the position of close by helping of the installation head , it will enter automatically inside its slot to fix the device at closing position , to prevent any possibility of damages behind the cutting processing . Figure (4).

And the cutting button, when pressing on it (or pressing on the electronic button), it has small spring under it and this small spring will pushed out the top blade of the scissors toward outside to touch the bottom blade and the hair will cut .

The scissors are located inside the home of cutting , and this scissors stays open as long as the home of cutting is open , but its blades will be tightened inwards to prevent damage to the client , and the scissors will not move never , unless the home of cutting is closed , and after closing the home of cutting we could press on the cutting button to cut , however the cutting button will be freeze as long as the home of cutting is opened .

Noticeable :

The main spring located at the empty rings _which is owned to the two blades _ and responsible for

Inserted the blades into the structure of the home of cutting , is a strong and solid spring as it is connected to the main joint.

But the spring that located under the cutting button which

responsible on pushing out the upper blade to apply on the bottom blade , is a small and light spring and when pressed on the cutting button will not affected on the upper blade of the scissors when the home is opened and the blades were tightened inward, that’s because the force tightened of the main spring with the blades toward inside is stronger than the small spring pushing out the upper blade toward outside .

Therefore, the blades will not be released as long as the home of cutting is opened , and nothing will be cut in the opening position of the home of cutting even if the original cutting button or the electronic cutting button is pressed. But in the position of closing the home of cutting _ means after the main spring is extended- and the scissors blades becomes in the relaxing position , it will be easy for the small spring to push out the upper blade toward outside when the cutting button is pressed. 4. The main joint :

This main joint is coming with the inner scissors in the both types (the digital device of cutting + the home of manual cutting )

whereas this main joint is the basic of ensuring the safety use , and preventing damages behind using the warm or sharp tools .

The home of cutting opened and closed by having a main

electronic joint in its side, and this joint connected to the main spring which pulls the parts of the structure of the home of cutting , and it is also linked to the inner scissors.

So, the home of cutting and the scissors considered as two tools in one piece (they are two in one) , whereas the joint of the home is the joint of the inner scissors itself .

When you see it you think it is a scissors wrapped by home

structure from outside in a new design, but in fact it is essentially a design for the home of cutting and contains on the inner scissors .

The tow blades of scissors are connected by the main joint and it located inside the upper and lower structure of the home .

5. Structure of the digital cutting device :

It is a hollow body from inside to contain on the home of cutting components , and this structure is divided into upper structure and lower structure , and both structures have the empty rings at the right to match with the empty rings of the inner scissors , so all of them (the four empty rings with the main joint) are combination together . So the opening of the home of cutting structure will be linked with the opening the blades of inner scissors , so the scissors will not going out unless the structure of the home was closed. Note :

There are two development types of the home of cutting , the first is the home of cutting for men . It is like a normal device, but it is feature by its thin , not more than half a centimeter wide, and its length is as usually five centimeters. And there’s no separative before this device , it will work as a separative by itself . It contains on a comb followed by the blades of scissors. This device is advantage by the type of its fast movement sequentially , whereas the home of electronic cutting can opening and closing every time the device opens and takes the part of hair and then closed and combed it and then cut it , then the device moves to the other part of hair to be taken all parts , and so on to complete cutting the entire parts of short hair for men in a simulation of the same work of the hand of the hairdresser but performed it in a record time.

The second development type of the home of cutting is the home of multiple cutting for gradual cutting . It has three rows inside it whereas the first row has a comb to comb the hair .

the second row contains on four heads of the scissors blades in a vertical shape .

the last row contains on the tow blades of scissors at the top and bottom , it’s advantage by its work and design whereas after the home of cutting closed on hair and combed it during the movement of the home of multiple cutting , and then the third row begins to work by cutting the hair as the desired length, and then the work ends at the second row, whereas the vertical blades start to cut the hair ends as gradual and so on , to have a gradual hair cutting in a few seconds .
