Abstract:
The present invention relates to a safety locking device for a door handle and, more specifically, to a safety locking device for a door handle, the safety locking device being able to prevent a safety accident that may occur when a toddler rotates, without control, the door handle for opening/closing a door through rotation. To this end, the present invention comprises: a coupling portion which is adjacent to an installation position of the door handle in the width direction and is installed on a part of the door, which is the rear portion of the door handle in the back and forth direction of the door handle; and a locking portion which includes a pair of facing parts, is coupled to the coupling portion while surrounding the door handle, is coupled to the coupling portion to be rotatable in back and forth directions so that one or both facing parts of the pair can be flipped over with respect to the axis, and selectively restrains the rotation of the door handle to the upper or lower side.
