Abstract:
A safety plug for a container generating high pressure fluid comprises a locking body(3)
and a safety cap(6), and a return element (7) mounted between the locking body
and the safety cap. The locking body includes a locking mechanism(4) which is
screwed airtightly into a hole of the container, and a buckle mechanism(5) which
assembles with the locking mechanism. The buckle mechanism has a assembly tube(51)
and a buckle ring(52) projecting from external peripheral surface of the assembly
tube. When the cap body of the safety cap is pressed down and engage with the buckle
ring, the cap boby(61) can rotate relative to the container togeth with the locking
mechanism and releases from the hole. By the simple design that the buckle mechanism
can snap on the safety cap and placement of the the return element, the safety plug
may be manufactured and assembled more simply.
