Abstract:
A safety syringe (10), comprising an outer sleeve (20), an inner sleeve (30) that is disposed within the outer sleeve (20), and a plunger rod (40) that is disposed within the inner sleeve (30). The outer sleeve (20) is provided with a first annular flange (21), a second annular flange (23) and an accommodating groove (22) that is located between the first and second annular flanges (21, 23); the inner sleeve (30) is provided with a needle mounting portion (31) that is used for mounting a needle (12), as well as a positioning portion (34) that is provided adjacent to the needle mounting portion (31); when the inner sleeve (30) is located at a first position, the positioning portion (34) of the inner sleeve (30) is located outside of the accommodating groove (22) of the outer sleeve (20) so that the needle (12) may be pushed by the inner sleeve (30) so as to extend out of the outer sleeve (20) for injection; when the inner sleeve (30) is pulled back from the first position to a second position, the positioning portion (34) of the inner sleeve (30) is located within the accommodating groove (22) of the outer sleeve (20), and is blocked by the first and second annular flanges (21, 23) of the outer sleeve (20), the needle (12) being retained within the outer sleeve (20), thereby increasing safety after injection is completed.
