Abstract:
A safety tire having a hollow ring-like partition wall structure filled with hollow particles referred to as foamable composition, wherein the partition wall structure enables functions of the hollow particles to be delivered sufficiently. In the safety tire where the tire is fixed to an applicable rim, a chamber extending in the circumferential direction along the rim is sectioned in the assembly of the tire and the applicable rim through the hollow ring-like partition wall, and the chamber is filled with thermally expandable hollow particles composed of continuous phase and closed cells by resin, a filter for passing only the gas being discharged when the hollow particles expand thermally is provided on the partition wall.
