Abstract:
A safety wheel with an annular track, is comprised of cover, boss, hub, and shade which is at the side of the hub. In which has tow rings, is used to positing the track, mit opening for radiating heat. Bolts are use to fixing the tow ring with tow steel ring, and a rubber tub is arranged on the tow steel ring.
