Abstract:
The invention relates to an edible composition in the form of a gel capsule comprising a Crocus sativus flower extract having a grain-size distribution of between 100 and 150 μm and safranal at a concentration of between 0.2 and 0.5 mg. The invention also relates to the use thereof as a soothing agent.
