Abstract:

The present invention enables a commuter ticket to be purchased more rapidly with respect to an application for the purchase of the commuter ticket while omitting visual confirmation for a student commuter certificate by a train operating company. According to the present invention, a registration unit (11) registers the content of the application for the commuter ticket, an issuance unit (12) issues application identification information for identifying the application, an acquisition unit (13) acquires an approval from a commuting destination pertaining to the content of the application, and a purchase reception unit (14) receives the purchase of the commuter ticket by using application identification information, after the approval is obtained from the commuting destination.
