Title:
SALT FORM CRYSTAL FORM OF PYRIMIDINE DERIVATIVE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/138592
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a salt form crystal form of a pyrimidine derivative and a preparation method therefor, which belong to the field of chemistry. The crystal form of the pyrimidine derivative is an ethanolamine salt crystal form A, a tert-butylamine salt crystal form A, a tert-butylamine salt crystal form B, a meglumine salt crystal form A, a potassium salt crystal form A, a magnesium salt crystal form A, a magnesium salt crystal form B, a calcium salt crystal form A, a hydrobromate crystal form A, a hydrobromate crystal form B, a hydrobromate crystal form C, a hydrobromate crystal form D or an L-arginine salt crystal form A of a pyrimidine derivative a srepresented by formula (I). The salt form crystal form of the pyrimidine derivative has good stability, good solubility, high bioavailability, a good drug effect and good safety. Compared with a pyrimidine derivative as represented by formula (I), the pyrimidine derivative of the present invention has the advantages of significantly improving the comprehensive performance, facilitating drug processing and use, providing more qualitative and quantitative information for the curative effect and safety research of solid drugs, and having good application prospects.
