Abstract:
This sample preparation system (100) comprises a position identification unit (34) that, during a dispersion process which involves dispersing a cell group in which a plurality of cells are adhered to one another by severing at least some of the adhesions between adjacent cells, associates the individual cells forming said cell group with the individual cells forming a cell group in which at least some of the adhesions between adjacent cells have been severed. As a result, the present invention achieves technology for collecting cells and identifying the original positions of the collected cells in a cell group.
