Abstract:

A sampling assembly and a sampling method. Said method comprises: controlling, by means of a self-calibration unit (230), a first switch (210) to be turned on, so that a first sampling signal is inputted to a sampling unit (220); processing the first sampling signal by means of the sampling unit (220) to obtain a second sampling signal, and outputting the second sampling signal to the self-calibration unit (230); controlling, by means of the self-calibration unit (230), the first switch (210) to be turned off and a second switch (240) to be turned on; outputting a first calibration signal to the sampling unit (220); processing the first calibration signal by means of the sampling unit (220) to obtain a second calibration signal, and outputting the second calibration signal to the self-calibration unit (230); determining an error signal by means of the self-calibration unit (230) and according to the first calibration signal and the second calibration signal, and obtaining a calibrated third sampling signal by means of the self-calibration unit (230) and according to the second sampling signal and the error signal. Said method can compensate for a deviation between an input signal and an output signal of a sampling assembly, improving the sampling precision.
