Abstract:
A sampling device and a sampling method, which relate to the technical field of plant sampling. The sampling device comprises a sampling cutter (1), a first drive assembly (2) and a crushing assembly (3). The sampling cutter (1) is configured to separate a sample from a sampled object, and the sampling cutter (1) is provided with a crushing portion (11). The sampling cutter (1) is arranged at the first drive assembly (2). The first drive assembly (2) is configured to move the sampling cutter (1) relative to the crushing assembly (3), so that the sample is crushed by the crushing portion (11). The sampling device reduces the total time for sampling and crushing plants, and can thus better connect with an existing high-throughput automated DNA extraction device, thereby improving the plant-related molecular biology research efficiency.
