Title:
SANDER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/220504
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sander and more specifically to a sander capable of excellently suctioning putty dust that is generated and scattered to the outside during polishing work, and, when sanding a surface, enabling working while monitoring the state of the work, and, at the same time, enabling a directionality of the work to be gained. The present invention relates to a sander for polishing a coating surface, and provided with a sander main body part (102), a disc wheel (106), and sand paper (108), the sander comprising: a sander main body part (102) which has a cylindrical body (10) formed, has a fastening part (12) formed on the center portion of the body (10), and is provided with an inlet part (22) through which air flows in, and a discharge part (30) through which putty dust is discharged; a connecting and fixing means (104) which has a body (44) formed into a disc shape so as to be fastened and installed on the fastening part (12) of the body (10), has a fastening hole (46) formed in the center portion of the body (44), and has a recessed groove-shaped coupling groove part (48) formed in the outer peripheral portion of the body (44); and a dust suction unit (110) which, in order to suction and discharge putty dust that is scattered in the outward direction from a disc wheel (106) during sanding work done on a coating surface (200), has a semi-spherical dust suction unit body (50) formed, has the center portion of the dust suction unit body (50) fitted and installed in the coupling groove part (48) of the connecting and fixing means (104), and has formed, in the lower bottom surface portion thereof, fastening holes (52) each having a rolling guiding means (112) fastened and installed therein. Such sander of the present invention has the effect of, during polishing work done on a surface coating, enabling a worker to work while checking the state of the surface being worked on, and has the effect of excellently improving work efficiency by enabling polishing work to be swiftly done by efficiently setting a working direction and proceeding therewith. In addition, the present invention suctions, during polishing work, both dust generated from the lower portion of a pad, and also dust generated toward the outside of a polishing disc, thereby preventing dust from being generated at all, and thus has the effect of excellently improving the health and environment of the worker.
