Abstract:
A sandwich biscuit containing coarse cereals, and a production process therefor. The sandwich biscuit comprises a sandwich layer, a lower biscuit piece, an upper biscuit piece and arc-shaped grooves, wherein the lower biscuit piece is arranged on an outer surface of the lower end of the upper biscuit piece; the arc-shaped grooves are arranged at middle positions of inner sides of the lower biscuit piece and the upper biscuit piece; and the sandwich layer is filled between the lower biscuit piece and the upper biscuit piece and located on inner sides of the arc-shaped grooves. When the lower biscuit piece is moved to a lower portion of the upper biscuit piece, an electric sucking disk is driven to move down by means of a lifting rod to press-fit the upper biscuit piece onto an upper portion of the lower biscuit piece, and by using the arc-shaped grooves, the sandwich layer can be fully filled between the lower biscuit piece and the upper biscuit piece, thereby preventing gaps from being generated among the lower biscuit piece, the upper biscuit piece and the sandwich layer, so that a contact face between the sandwich layer and the biscuit is increased while the sandwich layer is prevented from overflowing, and the mouthfeel when chewing the sandwich biscuit containing coarse cereals is effectively improved.
