Abstract:
Disclosed is a sandy material/fertilizer granulation drum, comprising a drum body and at least two retaining rings, characterized in that: the at least two retaining rings are mounted inside the drum body; the drum body is divided into at least three zones, i.e., a granulation zone, a long grain zone, and a compaction zone in the movement direction of a sandy material/fertilizer; the movement state of the material in the drum is changed, the residence time and rolling efficiency of the material are increased, and the granulation effect is improved. The present utility model has the following advantages: 1. during a granulation process, the granulation movement state of the material is good, and the pelletization rate is high; 2. particles obtained by granulation have high quality, high wet strength, and high dry strength; and 3. with the enlargement of a device, the granulation effect is remarkably improved.
