Abstract:
Provided are sanitary panties that can be worn comfortably without causing a wearer to feel tightness around the abdomen, and that does not cause side leakage of menstrual blood even during nighttime while the wearer is asleep. The present sanitary panties comprise: a stretchable body cloth (30) that forms the outer surface thereof; a rear-body waterproof cloth that is arranged on a skin-facing surface side of the body cloth (30) and that is located over the entirety of at least a crotch part (13); and a cylindrical part (20) that extends annularly in a leg-surrounding direction. The cylindrical part (20) includes: an inner part (21) located on an inner side in a lateral direction (X); and an outer part (22) located on an outer side in the lateral direction (X). The inner part (21) is formed by a portion of the crotch part (13). The inner part (21) has a lower stretchability than the outer part (22). The front body (11) has a higher stretchability in a longitudinal direction (Y) and the lateral direction (X) than the crotch part (13) and a rear body (12).
