Abstract:
Provided are a SARS-COV-2 spike protein binding molecule and an application thereof. The binding molecule can specifically bind to SARS-COV-2 spike protein and comprises at least one immunoglobulin single variable domain, can effectively block the binding of SARS-COV-2-Spike protein to ACE2 receptors of human cells, thereby blocking the infection of cells with SARS-COV-2 and inhibiting SARS-COV-2 infection and amplification.
