Abstract:
The present invention comprises: an upper mat which has a face exposure unit for exposing the face of a user and a pattern formation unit formed therein for providing an aesthetic feeling of a sauna mat, and has a heating medium unit arranged therein in the lengthwise direction; a lower mat which has a shoulder cover formed on one upper side thereof for surrounding a shoulder of the user, and a heating medium unit arranged therein in the width direction; a central folding portion which guides the upper mat to be folded onto the upper side of the lower mat, and is provided with a connector unit that connects the heating medium unit to a controller; a closure portion which includes a waterproof sheet and an insulating paint applied to the inner surface of the waterproof sheet to a certain thickness, and is coupled to the boundary surfaces of the upper mat, the lower mat, and the central folding portion; and a first coupling member which is provided in the closure portion and couples the upper mat to the lower mat.
