Abstract:
Disclosed is a sawtooth forming method, which uses a wire-cut electrical discharge machine tool to cut a saw band, and can complete continuous cutting of multiple groups of sawteeth by means of steps of tool setting, cutting, resetting, material dragging, etc. The present invention realizes precise forming of a band saw blade by means of automated forming control, can reduce burrs and machining built-up edges formed during a machining process, and has the advantages of high flexibility, high precision and low energy consumption.
