Abstract:
A scaffold member whose base part (1) is provided with two side plates (11, 12) running in parallel with each other along the lengthwise direction thereof on both sides of the widthwise direction. A tread surface part (2) is provided on one side of the thickness direction of the base part (1) and provided with a projecting plate (13) projecting from one end of the lengthwise direction of the base part (1). Hooks (3 - 6) are fixed to the side plates (11, 12) of the base part (1) in such manner that (3 and 5) are fixed to (11) whereas (4 and 6 to 12), and a first pair of hooks (3 and 4) on one end of the lengthwise direction are positioned in the space (G) to be covered by the projecting plate (13) of the tread surface part (2) whereas a second pair of hooks (5 and 6) on the other end protrude outwardly beyond the tread surface part (2). In this way, a scaffold producing no gap between members and thus being high in safety can be constructed.
