Title:
SCANNING CIRCUIT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1990/001846
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In order to obtain the analog switching action of a one-dimensional image sensor, a scanning circuit device comprises a voltage source (1) that supplies a saw-tooth wave, a plurality of first diodes (Da1 to Da3), second diodes (Db1 to Db3), first resistors (Ra1 to Ra3), and a plurality of second resistors (Rb1 to Rb3). As saw-tooth waves are generated from the voltage source (1), the first diodes (Da1 to Da3) and the second diodes (Db1 to Db3) are successively turned on, and a plurality of circuit elements (S1 to S3) connected in parallel with the second diodes (Db1 to Db3) are electrically scanned successively. The diodes used as analog switches can be fabricated easier than the transistors.
