Title:
SCANNING UNIT, SYSTEM, AND METHOD, AND MICROCOLUMN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/153571
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present disclosure addresses the problem of providing a scanning unit which makes it possible to detect a sample in a capillary with ease and high accuracy. The scanning unit according to the present disclosure moves in the axial direction of a capillary, and is provided with an optical system unit having an optical system and a restriction part that restricts the capillary at a predetermined position. The optical system unit is provided with: a first optical system that has at least one optical element and that transmits, along a first optical axis, light on the entry side to the predetermined position; and a second optical system that has at least one optical element and that transmits, along a second optical axis, light on the emission side emitted from the predetermined position.
