Abstract:
This scatterer substrate comprises at least: a substrate; and a scatterer layer which is positioned upon one face side of the substrate, and which further comprises a plurality of non-light emitting particles which change the progress direction of light. The scatterer layer is formed from gaps which are maintained at least between the particles and the substrate.
