Abstract:

The present invention is provided with: a schedule information storage unit (21) that stores schedule information of at least one of a user, an apparatus, and a facility; an information acquisition unit (22) that acquires information indicating that the schedule of at least one of the user, the apparatus, and the facility stored in the schedule information storage unit (21) are likely to be changed in the future; a solution determination unit (23) that, when the information acquisition unit (22) has acquired the information, extracts a problem likely to be caused by the change of the schedule in the future, refers to the schedule information regarding the schedule of at least one of the user, the apparatus, and the facility which is to be a related party being related to a solution to solve the problem, and determines a solution to cope with the problem by changing the schedule of the related party; and a change unit (26) that changes the schedule information according to the solution.
