Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Schottky micro-generator based on structural superlubricity, and a preparation method therefor. The Schottky micro-generator comprises a conductive layer (1), a semiconductor layer (2) and a first metal electrode layer (3), wherein superlubricity contact and Schottky contact are formed between the conductive layer and the semiconductor layer, ohmic contact is formed between the first metal electrode layer and the semiconductor layer, and the conductive layer and the semiconductor layer move relative to each other and output electrical signals. By means of structural superlubricity technology, when a conductive layer and a semiconductor layer slide relative to each other, the movement of non-equilibrium carriers can be generated, thereby achieving the effect of outputting stable and high-density direct-current electrical signals, and effectively solving the contradiction between the wear, service life and output density of a traditional Schottky micro-generator.
