Abstract:
Light-weight scissors, wherein a scissor body thereof is formed as an integral object by welding a blade body part with a shank part formed of different types of metal materials and two scissor bodies thus obtained are attached pivotally to each other, whereby, even if the metal materials forming the blade body parts and shank parts forming the scissor bodies cannot be welded directly to each other, a metal material weldable to both of the metal forming the blade body parts and the metal forming the shank parts is sandwiched between the blade body part and the shank part before welding and, thus different types of metals that cannot be welded directly to each other are allowed to be welded to each other.
