Abstract:
A detection method for performance of a scrap flat membrane, comprises: (1) detecting the percentage of carbon element on a surface of a contaminated membrane, and comparing it with a control membrane, which is a new membrane with the same type and material as the contaminated membrane; (2) if the percentage of carbon element on the surface of the contaminated membrane detected in step (1) is higher than that of the control membrane, washing first with sodium hypochlorite and then with citric acid or oxalic acid to obtain a membrane sample to be detected; otherwise, washing first with citric acid or oxalic acid and then with sodium hypochlorite to obtain a membrane sample to be detected; (3) detecting the elongation strength of the membrane sample to be detected; (4) detecting the membrane flux of the membrane sample to be detected; and (5) detecting the carbon footprint of the membrane sample to be detected. And a comprehensive evaluation method for performance of the scrap flat membrane is disclosed.
