Abstract:
Provided is a screen control device which achieves optimal motor output by taking the intrusion of foreign objects or the like into account. This screen control device comprises a motor output setting means (51) for changing the output of a motor (37) in accordance with the detection value of a position detection means (57) when a screen 7 is driven in the downward direction. The output setting means (51) changes the output of the motor (37) in response to the screen (7) arriving at a first intermediate position (S1) and a second intermediate position (S2) between the uppermost position (UP) and the lowermost position (LO) of the screen (7). When the screen (7) reaches the second intermediate position (S2), the motor output setting means (51) drives the motor (37) using a limited output (LIM) obtained by adding a predetermined additional output (A) to a minimum output (MIN) for driving, which is required for driving the screen (7) in the downward direction.
