A screen mirroring method and device, relating to the technical field of terminals. A source device enables a keyboard and mouse service while carrying out screen mirroring, without the need to carry out mode switching between an extended mode and a shared mode. The source device and a destination electronic device can directly detect whether a keyboard and mouse crossing event is triggered so as to share a mouse and a keyboard, so that the screen flicker phenomenon caused by mode switching can be avoided, and the destination device displays screen mirrored content by means of a window. The method comprises: a source device displays a first interface; the source device sends screen mirrored content to a destination device, so that the destination device displays the screen mirrored content in a screen mirroring window; the source device receives first keyboard and mouse attribute information from the destination device, and displays a cursor identifier of a first keyboard and mouse corresponding to the first keyboard and mouse attribute information; and the source device receives first keyboard and mouse operation information from the destination device, and in response to the first keyboard and mouse operation information, executes a response operation, and updates the displayed first interface.
