Abstract:
An aspect of the present invention provides a screen printer apparatus for printing a solder paste on a substrate, the screen printer apparatus including: a screen mask; a squeegee module including a squeegee blade capable of rotating while pressing a solder paste applied onto the screen mask; a squeegee moving device for moving the squeegee module; and a backup block for supporting the substrate, wherein the length of the squeegee blade is greater than the length of the substrate and the width of the backup block is less than the width of the substrate.
