Abstract:

The present invention includes: a squeezing device (4) that applies cream solder onto a mask (9) from above and spreads the cream solder; a clamping device (5) that holds, via a plate-shaped substrate transferring member (38) having a substrate holding section at an opening in a central region thereof, a substrate (10) that has been transferred to under the mask by the substrate transferring member (38); a substrate supporting device (7) that supports the substrate from below in the clamping device and moves the substrate in a vertical direction; and a lifting device (8) that moves the substrate held in the clamping device (5) in the vertical direction to place the substrate at a printing position. The clamping device (5) has a substrate printing guide member (37) that can be attached to and detached from upper-end sections (35) of a pair of clamping members (33) that sandwich the substrate transferring member (38) from the width directions. The substrate printing guide member has an opening in a central region thereof so that a top face thereof will become aligned with the substrate (10) lifted from the substrate transferring member (38) by the substrate supporting device (7) so as to be disposed in the opening.
