Abstract:
In screen printing involving bringing a substrate (2) into contact with a mask (14) and subsequently bringing a squeegee (16b) into contact with the mask (14), moving the squeegee horizontally, and sliding the squeegee (16b) over the mask (14) to scrape a paste (Ps) onto the mask (14), thereby filling an opening (14h) with the paste (Ps) and transferring the paste (Ps) to the substrate (2), more paste (Ps) is supplied to the area in which the paste (Ps) is scraped by the end of the squeegee (16b) than to the area in which the paste (Ps) is scraped by the middle of the squeegee (16b) on the mask (14).
