Abstract:
A screen printing machine with an improved structure comprises a sliding seat (10), a scraper seat (16), a mounting seat (30), and a sprayer device (40). A pneumatic cylinder (12) and a plurality of guide rods (14) are configured on the sliding seat (10). The scraper seat (16) is mounted on one end of the guide rods (14) and a connecting plate (18) is connected to the other end of the guide rods (14). An actuating rod (20) of the pneumatic cylinder (12) is connected to the connecting plate (18). The mounting seat (30) is located on one side of the sliding seat (10). The sprayer device (40) is connected to the mounting seat (30) and used for spraying a solvent or gas. The solvent can be used for dissolving ink residues on a screen, and the original scraper moves on the surface of the screen, thereby easily removing the ink residues.
