Abstract:
Provided is a screen printing machine (1) provided with: a squeegee device (3) that pushes cream solder into a printing pattern comprising a plurality of through holes with respect to a mask (20) on which the printing pattern is formed; a mask holding device (2) that holds the mask (20) using a pair of mask receiving members (58) capable of adjusting an interval therebetween in a substrate conveyance direction; a substrate holding device (5) that holds a substrate (10) using a pair of substrate holding parts (38) arranged in a direction orthogonal to the substrate conveyance direction and that has an elevation mechanism (13) positioning the substrate with respect to the mask from below; an imaging device (6) that is movable; and a control device (7) that controls driving of the devices, wherein in each substrate holding part (38), each of clamp members (62) having different lengths corresponding to substrate sizes is attachable/detachable to/from a base part (61), and the control device (7) determines interference between the mask receiving part (58) and the substrate holding part (38) on the basis of imaging information from the imaging device (6).
