Abstract:

Disclosed is a screen printing method. The method comprises: providing at least one squeegee mechanism (2), wherein the squeegee mechanism (2) comprises a squeegee (201) and a pressure sensing feedback system (202); placing at least one screen (6) on a substrate (4), wherein in a printing process, the pressure sensing feedback system (202) detects and feeds back a value of pressure between the squeegee (201) and the printing screen (6); comparing the fed-back pressure value with a predetermined pressure value; and if the difference between the fed-back pressure value and the predetermined pressure value is greater than a predetermined threshold value, adjusting the pressure between the squeegee (201) and the printing screen (6). Also disclosed is an imprinting apparatus for implementation of the screen printing method. The screen printing method and the imprinting apparatus of the present invention can reduce defect rates in pattern printing caused by deformation of the printing screen.
