A screw compressor and an air conditioner. The screw compressor comprises: a compressor housing (1) having a compression portion mounting space (C1), a drive portion mounting space (C2), a compressor inlet (1A), and a compressor outlet (1B); a compression portion (2) disposed in the compression portion mounting space (C1), used for outputting gas of the compressor inlet (1A) from the compressor outlet (1B) after compression, and comprising a first compression unit (21) and a second compression unit (22); and a drive portion (3) disposed in the drive portion mounting space (C2), and comprising a motor rotor (31) and a motor stator (32) relatively fixed to the compressor housing (1) and relatively rotatably fitted around the outer periphery of the motor rotor (31). The motor rotor (31) is fixedly sleeved on a rotating shaft of a first male rotor (211), and a rotating shaft of a second male rotor (221) and the rotating shaft of the first male rotor (211) are coaxially integrated to form a single rotating shaft. Axial stresses of the two male rotors of the screw compressor can be directly and effectively balanced by means of the single rotating shaft, and transmission loss can be effectively reduced, thereby improving energy efficiency and reliability of the screw compressor.
