Abstract:
An extrusion machine (100) comprises: a first vent stuffer device which presses, back into a cylinder (21), a material to be discharged from a first vent hole (24) formed in a barrel (20); and a second vent stuffer device which presses, back into the cylinder (21), a material to be discharged from a second vent hole (25) formed in the barrel (20). A screw (10) has: a first kneading part (13) which kneads a material supplied from a supply port (22) into the cylinder (21); and a second kneading part (14) which is provided at a position spaced apart from the first kneading part (13) toward the front-end side of the screw (10) and has a greater filling rate than the first kneading part (13). The first vent stuffer device is configured so as to open, to the atmosphere, the first vent hole (24) between the first kneading part (13) and the second kneading part (14), and the second vent stuffer device suctions a gas by means of a vacuum pump through the second vent hole (25) on a side closer to the front-end side than the second kneading part (14).
