Abstract:
A screw valve and a glue output control method therefor. The screw valve (100) comprises a valve seat (1), a driving member (2), a stator assembly (3), a screw (4), and a needle head (5), wherein a glue inlet (11) is provided at an upper end of the stator assembly (3); the screw (4) is movably connected to the stator assembly (3); the screw (4) is in transmission connection with a power output end of the driving member; the screw (4) is provided with a helical groove (12); the helical groove (12) is in communication with the glue inlet (11); the screw (4) or the stator assembly (3) has magnetism; and a passageway inside the needle head (5) is in communication with the helical groove (12). By means of the magnetic attraction force of the screw or a nested member with magnetism on iron oxide particles in magnetic glue, the magnetic attraction force counteracts the gravity of the iron oxide particles themselves, thereby preventing the gravity of the iron oxide particles themselves from affecting the control of the amount of glue discharging, the magnetic glue discharging is stable, the amount of glue discharging is controlled with a high precision, and a micro-quantity of glue discharging is realized.
