Abstract:
A scroll assembly (CM) and a scroll compressor (100). The scroll assembly (CM) comprises a moving scroll (40) and a stationary scroll (10), and the scroll assembly (CM) additionally has an air suction port (15) and an air exhaust port (123); a moving scroll blade (44) and a stationary scroll blade (14) are joined with one another so as to form between the moving scroll (40) and the stationary scroll (10) an air suction cavity (CS), a central compression cavity (CD), and an intermediate compression cavity located between the air suction cavity (CS) and the central compression cavity (CD), wherein a stationary scroll end plate (12) is provided with modulation holes (121, 121b), the modulation holes (121, 121b) comprising a plurality of groups of modulation holes spaced apart from one another in a molded line direction of the stationary scroll (10), and first groups of modulation holes (1211, 1211b) of the plurality of groups of modulation holes are disposed at positions closer than the other groups of modulation holes to the air suction port (15), so that at the moment when the air suction cavity (CS) starts to be sealed, thus forming in the intermediate compression cavity a first intermediate compression cavity (C1) adjacent to the air suction cavity (CS), the first groups of modulation holes (1211, 1211b) begin to be exposed or have already been exposed within the first intermediate compression cavity (C1). The scroll assembly (CM) and scroll compressor (100) are highly energy efficient, stable and safe in operation, and have low noise.
