Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a scroll compressor comprising: a housing; a motor provided inside the housing; a rotary shaft rotated by means of the motor; an orbiting scroll, which is linked to and orbits with the rotary shaft; a fixed scroll for forming a compression chamber together with the orbiting scroll; and a control valve controlled through the external information about the compressor, wherein a discharge chamber, in which a refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber is accommodated, is formed inside the housing, and the control valve selectively returns the refrigerant of the discharge chamber to a space in which the refrigerant, having not yet flowed into the compression chamber in the housing, is accommodated.
