Abstract:
Provided is a scroll compressor having high compression efficiency. A scroll compressor (10) is provided with a casing (20), a scroll compression mechanism (60), a housing (61), a first back pressure chamber (101), a second back pressure chamber (102), a discharge valve (35), a first fixed scroll communication hole (37a), and a second fixed scroll communication hole (37b). In the present invention, the discharge valve (35), which is provided in a second space (S2), inhibits backflow of compressed refrigerant. Additionally, the first fixed scroll communication hole (37a) and the second fixed scroll communication hole (37b) extract one or both of an intermediate refrigerant and the compressed refrigerant from upstream of the discharge valve (35), and guide the refrigerant to the first back pressure chamber (101) and the second back pressure chamber (102).
