Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a scroll compressor comprising: a housing; a motor which is provided in the housing; a rotary shaft which is rotated by the motor; an orbiting scroll which revolves in connection with the rotary shaft; a stationary scroll which forms a compression chamber together with the orbiting scroll; and a discharge valve which is disposed on one surface of the stationary scroll so as to open/close one or more outlets of the stationary scroll through which a refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber is discharged, wherein the discharge valve includes: a discharge reed plate which is disposed on one surface of the stationary scroll; and a gasket retainer which covers the discharge reed plate and is disposed between the one surface of the stationary scroll and the housing.
