Abstract:
Provided is a scroll compressor. The scroll compressor comprises: a first rotary scroll coupled to a first eccentric part of a rotary shaft to create a first compression chamber; a second rotary scroll coupled to a second eccentric part of the rotary shaft to create a second compression chamber; and a back pressure chamber provided between the facing back sides of the first rotary scroll and second rotary scroll to support same in the shaft direction. As such, the elimination of a main frame from a dual-scroll compressor allows the compressor to be reduced in size as well as to have reduced number of parts.
