Abstract:
The present invention suppresses the possibility of conduction of a fluid between cells due to leakage of the fluid from a non-welded section. The present invention comprises: a hermetically sealed chamber comprising a seat valve, the hermetically sealed chamber being such that a plurality of cells 14 are formed in a compartmentalized manner by an inter-cell heat seal 33; a boundary heat seal 31 that regulates the interior from the exterior of the cells 14; and a communication opening 16 that crosses the boundary heat seal 31 and links the inside and outside of the hermetically sealed chamber. The seat valve comprises a non-welded section 25 that prevents closure by the boundary heat seal 31 by means of the communication opening 16. A contour heat seal 34 that stops leakage of a fluid from the non-welded section 25 is provided surrounding the non-welded section 25. Conduction of the cells 14 via the non-welded section 25 is suppressed by the contour heat seal 34.
