Abstract:

This sealing device comprises: a movable section that is secured to a shaft passing through a wall of a container configured so as to have an internal space higher or lower in pressure than external space, and that can move along with the shaft; a first bellows section which has a first end secured to the container and a second end secured to the movable section, and which is for sealing the portion of the container through which the shaft passes; a second bellows section that is provided to the side opposite of the first bellows section with the movable section therebetween, and that has a first end positioned on the first-bellows-section side and secured to the movable section and a second end secured to a stationary member; and a communication path allowing communication between the internal space of the first bellows section and the internal space of the second bellows section.
