Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sealing device for a secondary battery, which manufactures a secondary battery by sealing the outer peripheral surface of a pouch case having an electrode assembly incorporated therein, the sealing device comprising: a sealing tool that seals the outer peripheral surface of the pouch case and has an insulating coating layer located on the side surface thereof; a pair of sealing blocks that heat the sealing tool or support the pouch case; and a heating member that is located inside each of the sealing blocks to heat the sealing blocks.
