Abstract:
The invention relates to sealing systems for advertisement posters where sealing is provided by means of pipe located into the duct formed on lower profile (2) of advertisement posters (7) frames consisting of lower profiles (2), diagonal connections (4) connecting lower profiles (2), upper profiles (1 ) connected to lower profiles (2), advertisement poster (7) located on the background (6) and PVC protection (8) located on advertisement poster (7) and it is characterized in that it consists of at least one sealing component (3) connected to background (6) and PVC protection (8) on the lower profile (2) in order to achieve sealing and insulation on both upper and lower parts of the frames.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. The invention relates to sealing systems for advertisement posters where sealing is provided by means of pipe located into the duct formed on lower profile (2) of advertisement posters (7) frames consisting of lower profiles (2), diagonal connections (4) connecting lower profiles (2), upper profiles (1 ) connected to lower profiles (2), advertisement poster (7) located on the background (6) and PVC protection (8) located on advertisement poster (7) and it is characterized in that it consists of

- at least one sealing component (3) connected to background (6) and PVC protection (8) on the lower profile (2) in order to achieve sealing and insulation on both upper and lower parts of the frames.

2. A sealing system for advertisement posters according to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it consists of

- at least one pressure point (9) formed on upper profile (1 ) applying compression onto sealing component (3) in order to provide high rate of compression onto the said sealing component (3).

3. A sealing system for advertisement posters according to any above claims and it is characterized in that

- Pressure point (9) formed on the upper profile (1 ) is a gradual embodiment formed preferably on upper profile (1 )

4. Sealing system for advertisement posters according to any claims above and it is characterized in that it consists of

- at least one compressing area (10) formed on the sealing component (3) connected to lower profile (2) between background (6) and PVC protection (8).

5. A sealing system for advertisement posters according to any of the above claims and it is characterized in that

- the said sealing component (3) is a pipe preferably made of closed cell PVC foam.

6. A sealing system for advertisement posters according to any of the above claims and it is characterized in that it consists of

- at least one bulge (11 ) formed on the lower profile (2) providing connection of the said sealing component (3) with background (6) of the lower profile (2) and PVC protection (8), and sealing component (3) coupled with the bulge (11 ).

7. A sealing system for advertisement posters according to any of the above claims and it is characterized in that it consists of

- at least one background plug (12) providing connection of background (6) with sealing component (3) on the lower profile (2).

8. A sealing system for advertisement posters according to any of the above claims and it is characterized in that

- the said bulge (11 ) is a pasting surface where preferably sealing component (3) is pasted onto lower profile (2).

Description:

SEALING SYSTEMS FOR FRAMES

Technical Field

The present invention relates to providing leakage in frames used in demonstration of advertisement posters. The invention particularly relates to a new Sealing system preventing maximum leakage by means of developments made in the form of (closed cell PVC foam) application of pipe located in lower profile part of the frames where advertisement posters are positioned.

Background of the Related Art

Advertisement posters are used in promotion of products in various shapes. Advertisement posters are generally positioned into frames. It is required to position the advertisement posters in the frames in a manner providing Sealing.

The advertisement posters put into frames posted outdoor should be isolated against external impacts and should be protected. In general, the frames consist of aluminum frames, aluminum lower profile, aluminum upper profile, background, springs (stripes) diagonal connections and PVC protection.

Piping is applied to frames to ensure Sealing and insulation upon request. In the known applications, the piping is located into the duct formed in lower profile. Thus the profile of the piping also changes, and standard thereof is deformed. On the other hand, sealing and insulation at the point where lower profile and background join, that is, on backside, cannot be provided though leakage from upper side is provided in this way.

Regarding the background of the related art the patent application numbered US5815971 is known. In the said application the upper profile generates pressure on the far point from pipe applied to PVC protection and thus, due to such pressure, the upper profile gains form and end side is elevated and therefore the contact surface with piping decreases. And because of that, a full Sealing cannot be provided. In other applications, the pipe is applied onto background (on the point close to lower profile). Therefore, it provides impacts onto frame profiles in dimensional sizes and

cannot be applied in small sizes. Since adequate pressure is not applied onto pipe by means of upper profile, sufficient sealing cannot be provided. It is needed to eliminate those disadvantages and develop a new sealing system providing maximum sealing.

Object of the Invention

From the background of the related art, the purpose of the invention is to develop a sealing system for advertisement posters in order to eliminate the disadvantages of existing sealing systems and provide maximum sealing.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide pressure onto the pipe by upper profile in the manner providing adequate sealing and to increase pressure rate.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide easy and sound sealing in both upper and lower parts of the frame by means of positioning the pipe on lower profile in contact with background and PVC protection but without positioning the pipe into the duct formed on the lower profile.

Other purpose of the invention is to provide sealing and insulation in lower parts in addition to upper parts of the frames where advertisement posters are positioned.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide application of the pipe to both background and lower profile.

Another purpose of the invention is to obtain adequate insulation and sealing by means of full pressure onto pipe, and thus to ensure protection of the advertisement posters against various external impacts (water, dust etc.).

In order to achieve the said purposes, the pipe on the lower profile forming the frame is positioned in contact with background, advertisement poster and PVC protection. Upper profile consists of at least one pressure point (stage) generating pressure on the pipe. High rate of compressing and sealing is provided by means of pressure of upper profile pressure point via PVC protection on the pipe. In addition, sealing is also provided on the backside of the frame since the pipe is connected to the background. Thus, the invention simply provides required sealing on lower and upper

sides of the frame by means of compressing at higher rate,, where the invention differs from existing embodiments.

A preferred application of the invention consists of at least one sealing component connected to background and PVC protection on lower profile without formation of a duct on lower profile to provide sealing and insulation on both upper and lower sides.

A preferred application of the invention consists of at least one pressure point provided on the upper profile, generating pressure onto sealing component in order to provide higher rate of compression on the said sealing component.

A preferred application of the invention consists of pressure point formed on upper profile, preferably gradual embodiment formed on upper profile.

A preferred application of the invention consists of at least one compressing area formed on sealing component positioned in connection with lower profile between background and PVC protection.

In a preferred application of the invention, the said sealing component is preferably pipe made of enclosed cell PVC foam.

A preferred application of the invention consist of at least one bulge formed on lower profile and sealing component coupled with the bulge providing positioning of the sealing component on the lower profile as connected to background and PVC protection.

A preferred application of the invention consists of at least one background plug providing positioning with connection with background sealing component on the lower profile.

In a preferred application of the invention, the said bulge is preferably pasting surface where sealing component is pasted onto lower profile.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The invention developed a new sealing system where maximum sealing is provided in both front and back side of the frames used for demonstration of advertisement posters (7). It is needed to compress the sealing component (3) in certain rate in order to make the sealing and insulation efficient. Certain rate of compression of the sealing component (3) is provided by means of forming a pressing point (9) on the upper profile (1 ) embodied for this purpose.

Pressure is applied to the sealing component (3) through the pressing point (9) over the PVC protection (8) and sealing component (3) is compressed. An insulation surface is formed between sealing component (3) and PVC protection (8) and thus maximum sealing is provided.

In this way the advertisement poster (7) is protected against external impacts (dust, water etc.). Since the sealing component (3) is applied to lower profile (2) and background (6) commonly, insulation and protection of the frame against external impacts (water, dust etc.) is provided in both front and back sides. Since the sealing component (3) has preferably one side sticky surface and the pasting surface (11) of the lower profile (2) is predetermined, the application is made easy.

After the lower profiles (2) and background (6) are mounted by means of diagonal connections (4), sealing component (3) is pasted onto bulges (11 ) determined on the lower profiles (2) in a manner some part of the sealing component (3) falls on the background (6). Sealing component (3) is applied in four parts in a manner providing one part on each edge of the frame. Glue (solvent content) is used to provide insulation of sealing components (3) on joint points. Then, lower profiles (2) are mounted to the upper profiles (1 ) by help of springs (5).

Figure 1 shows a overall view of the frame. PVC protection (8) is located on the frame consisting of upper profiles (1 ). Figure 2 gives A-A cross-section and Z detail of the frame. Sealing component (3) connected to background (6) and PVC protection (8) is formed on the lower profile (2). Advertisement poster (7) is located between the PVC protection (8) and background (6). Background (6) is mounted to

the background plug (12) on the lower profile (2). Sealing component (3) is located on the bulge (11) formed on the background plug (12). Pressure point (9) is formed on the upper profile (1 ). There are springs (5) between upper profile (1 ) and lower profile (2).

Figure 3 shows the installation of sealing component (3) to lower profiles (2) connected by means of corner connections (4). Sealing components (3) are pasted onto lower profiles (2) and sealing is provided by means of glue on the joint points.

Figure 4 shows the stages of locating PVC protection (8) onto sealing component (3). Sealing component (3) connected to background (6) and PVC protection (8) is positioned onto the bulge (11) on the lower profile (2). Pressure point (9) on the upper profile (1 ) provides compression just onto the sealing component (3) on the PVC Protection (8). Thus, compressing area (10) is provided on the sealing component (3) and maximum sealing is achieved.

Figure 5 shows use of double sided frames of sealing component (3) and plane-A detailed drawing. Maximum sealing can be achieved on double sided frames by use of the same sealing system. Figure 5 indicates the application way of sealing component (3) in single sided frames. Figure 6 shows application form of sealing system in another double sided frame. Plane-B shows detailed drawing. Double sided maximum insulation and sealing is achieved with sealing component (3) formed between background (6) and PVC protection (8) and pressure point (9) on the upper profile (1 ) applying a full compression onto sealing component (3).

The invention cannot be limited to the representative applications described under this part. Alternative embodiments that might be realized by persons skilled in the related art on the basis of basic factors covered under scope of protection indicated under Claims shall mean violation of the invention.
