Description:
SEAMLESS CLOTHING WITH INSULATION FEATURE AND PROTECTING FROM COLD

FIELD OF INVENTION

The invention relates to a seamless garment manufactured in tube form by knitting, which has heat retention in areas where the body needs thermal insulation and moisture permeability in areas where fluid transfer is needed, thanks to the different yarn and knit types it contains in its structure, thus providing thermophysiological and thermal comfort for the user.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The industrialization of the seamless knitting system dates back to the late 1980s in the 20th century. In the following periods, a company named Santoni produced a technology that it named "seamless" technology. With this technology, the seams, especially on the sides of the clothes, are eliminated and the amount of seams is considerably reduced. In this production, the clothes are produced almost as ready-to-wear tube knitted pieces. Another important advantage of this method is that compared to electronic flat knitting machines, production speeds are quite high and ready-made clothing labor is less. Seamless products are widely used in underwear, beachwear, sportswear and outerwear.

In today's world, where the quality of life has become even more important, with the awareness of the consumers, the features expected from the clothes have increased; In addition to body movement comfort and aesthetic comfort, the thermophysiological comfort properties of clothes have begun to be counted among the sought-after criteria. One of the most important parameters of comfort, which determines the satisfaction of the physiological, psychological and physical harmony between the human body and its environment, is thermal comfort. Thermal comfort is defined as a mental process that indicates the satisfaction provided with the thermal environment and is related to the heat and moisture permeability properties of the clothes. Clothing with high thermal comfort has an important role in balancing body temperature and humidity, which changes depending on different environmental conditions and activities. Different researches and clothing designs are put forward to protect from the cold, to find the most cold parts of the body and to provide thermal insulation there. There are many studies on the subject and a patent document with the publication number CN113320232 (A) mentions a study on "Cold protective clothing and warm keeping structure for these clothing". The garment disclosed herein has a multilayer structure consisting of a fabric layer, a heat preservation layer and a lining layer. The heat preservation layer here consists of a fleece layer and a feather layer. The aforementioned garment is a product that contains several layers to provide thermal insulation, but our invention, which we have explained in more detail below, is a product that has heat retention in areas where the body needs thermal insulation and moisture permeability in areas where it needs fluid transfer, thanks to the different yarn and knitting types it contains. It relates to a seamless garment manufactured as a tube by knitting, thus providing thermophysiological and thermal comfort for the wearer.

As a result, the need to eliminate the deficiencies and disadvantages of the structures and applications that exist in the current technique, necessitates making an improvement in the relevant technical field.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates seamless clothing with insulation feature and protecting from cold for use in vehicles, for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.

The purpose of the invention is to use yarn and knitting types with heat retention properties in areas where thermal insulation is required, and to make use of yarns and knitting types with high moisture permeability in areas where liquid transfer is required.

Another aim of the invention is to reveal the clothing which is a seamless and thin fabric designed for areas where the body needs insulation and fluid transfer, protecting the body from the cold, thanks to the use of yarn and knitting types with heat retention properties in areas where thermal insulation is required, and the use of yarns and knitting types with high moisture permeability in areas where fluid transfer is required.

Another aim of the invention is; the need for insulation and fluid transfer of the body, at the same time protecting the body from the cold, is to provide a seamless garment that is produced as a knitted tube, providing thermophysiological and thermal comfort for the user, thanks to the creation of a seamless and thin garment designed according to the regions that the user feels. The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all its advantages will be understood more clearly thanks to the figures given below and the detailed explanation written with reference to these figures, and therefore the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed explanation into account.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

Embodiments of the invention, briefly summarized above and discussed in more detail below, can be understood by referring to exemplary embodiments of the invention illustrated in the accompanying drawings. It should be noted, however, that the accompanying drawings only describe typical applications of the present invention and are not to be deemed to limit its scope.

Fig .1 : It is the front representative view of the top part of the garment which is the subject of the invention.

Fig.2: It is the rear representative view of the top part of the garment which is the subject of the invention.

Fig.3: It is the front representative view of the bottom part of the garment which is the subject of the invention.

Fig.4: It is the rear representative view of the bottom part of the garment which is the subject of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBABLE EMBODIMENT(S)

The preferred alternatives of the garment subject to the invention in this detailed explanation are explained only for a better understanding of the subject and without any limiting effect.

The invention relates to a seamless garment manufactured as a tube by knitting, which has heat retention in areas where the body needs thermal insulation and moisture permeability in areas where fluid transfer is needed, thus providing thermophysiological and thermal comfort for the user, thanks to the different yarn and knit types it contains in its structure.

In the top part of the garment, which is the subject of the invention, in areas such as the neck, rib cage, inside of the elbow, armpit where sweating is intense, and in the lower part of the garment, such as the lower part of the hips and the groin areas, where sweating is intense, that is, in the fluid transfer areas (1 ), transfer knit type, that is, tuck stitch and float stitch knit types are used. Thus, in case of sweating that occurs while the body is active, fluid transfer is ensured and the product does not give a feeling of wetness. In areas such as the side of the body and the knee area, where the body needs both heat insulation and fluid transfer, in other words, in the liquid transfer and heat insulation areas (3), single jersey knitting is used. In the heat insulation parts of the body that only need thermal insulation (2), false rib knit type is used. Thus, three different types of knitting are brought together on a single product, thus creating a seamless garment that provides thermophysiological and thermal comfort for the wearer.

PES/PES, heat yarn/PA and thermal insulation yarn/PA synthetic material combination is used in the relevant regions to contribute to the liquid transfer feature of the garment subject to the invention, wool, thermal insulation yarn, PES combination is used to contribute to the thermal insulation feature, to ensure moisture absorption wool and similar yarns are used. The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments in the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.
