Abstract:
Provided is a seamless continuous flow chromatographic method. At least three chromatography devices are used in the method, wherein at least two of the chromatography devices constitute a first type of chromatography device, and at least one of the chromatography devices constitutes a second type of chromatography device, the first type of chromatography device being used for implementing continuous flow chromatography, and the first type of chromatography device and the second type of chromatography device together performing seamlessly connected chromatography. According to the seamless continuous flow chromatographic method in the present invention, a product having undergone chromatography can be obtained directly without the need to treat intermediate products, so that a process time is shortened, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
