Abstract:

Provided is a seamless stainless steel pipe having high strength, excellent low-temperature toughness, and corrosion resistance. This seamless stainless steel pipe has a specific component composition and contains, by volume percentage, at least 30% martensite phase, no more than 50% ferrite phase, and no more than 40% residual austenite phase. The pipe has a yield strength of 758 MPa or greater and a Charpy absorbed energy at -10°C, vE-10, of 40 J or greater.
